Hi, I need advise on home finance and if you are a mortgage broker please feel free to contact me. I am planning to buy a house joint name with my mom in Malaysia. I work overseas annual income around Rm 150k and mom owned an enterprise business taking 100k a year. I just want to find out how much we both can lend from the bank.
