Hi, i wanna rent a condo in jb at Rm2300 rental monthly for 2 years lease. A upfront payment of 2 months rental deposit + half month utility deposit + 1 month advance rental deposit + Rm500 Contract fee is required. Is the contract fee necessary and correct? Thank you.

Its Correct, The Tenancy Agreement Stamping Fee is around 15%-20% of Rental, subject to lawyer firm Read More
