Hi, I would like to know what's the down payment or initial payment required if I would like to buy a second home? Will there be any difference compared to when buying a first house? Thanks

There is no difference on the downpayment to buy the first or second homes. Your loan to value eligibility (80% onwards) will depend on your nett income and ability to service the monthly loan instalments.
