Hi, I'm a Malaysian, 32years old. Intend to buy a house, and joint loan with my wife. The thing is, my wife is a foreigner, having been staying in malaysia for more than 20years old and working here more than 10years. Are we eligible to do joint loan? FYI, my wife salary is 2 times more than mine.
