I suggest 861 sq ft, Damansara Intan, PJ office with tenant of RM2,100/month. Price RM430k. 5.86% Gross yield. Some partitions, carpet & air-conditioning already done. Usually office tenants are longer term, tenant will renovate and less maintenance issues compared to furnished condominium.
