HI i'm malaysian overseas worker. My income a month roughly more than rm21k. I have a few debt before and had settledown everything. Now i dont have any credit with any bank at malaysia. It's possible for me to get a home loan if i dont have any credit history on CCRIS. Last check i only have credit history on my CCRIS is PTPTN. It count also as a credit that bank will look for loan? how much loan i can get and maximum housing price fro me to buy?
