Property Guru is a property advertisement portal widely used by property agents & negotiators. It allows the agents & negotiators to post and advertise multiple listings over a period of one year subscription which costs a few hundred ringgit to thousands or until the advertisement credits are finished whichever is earlier. So it is not viable for property owners especially those owning one or two properties to subscribed and post their advertisements on their own here.
It's best for property owners to engage the services of a licensed real estate agency to help advertise and promote their properties not only in property guru but through different channels of marketing.
