Hi, I'm thinking of moving to the Johor/Nusajaya area from Singapore. UK Expat with HK wife. Looking to sell my condo in KL and buy something in JB. We have two small dogs - does that rule condos out? I would also like to move our Filipino maid with us. Any difficulties? Thanks.
