Hi, ive got a house rented in wangsa Maju area(for years) Now taking over from my father. There were no proper agreement back then.
I would like an agent to help me on the paper work/tenancy agrement.
And may i know what are the charges.

I have done this for owner's before. The stamping fee depends on the rental rate and the duration of the tenancy while the tenancy agreement charges/adminstrative charges depends on the complexity of the tenancy agreement.
