Hi, Me and my GF want to buy a property (first buyer). We had surveyed much property below 320000. Matters now we don have much money for deposit. Is there any other way to get a property? We thought of using EPF to pay first but as we all know advance payment needed to book a property . EPF only can be withdraw after sign agreement. We stuck at first. Please do advice whether if there is any other ways to ?
