Hi, need help and advise from experienced people in my scenario
jan 2015, sign SPA to purchase a house that is under construction
till today, house progress is long overdue and stopped at 75% and have stopped completely for more than a year or two
my question is, what will happen if we request to terminate the SPA through proper procedure? i understand that i can get refund from developer if SPA is terminated succesfully, but what about bank? do i still have to continue paying loan?
