Hi there,
I am looking to rent an apartment which is very, very near to LRT station, and travels to Bank Negara Komuter Station / Bank Negara.
The apartment should accomodate 2 or 3 females staying with no share room.
The shorter the LRT traveling time the better, like around 15 minutes.
Budget: RM1000 rental per month.
Also, please have safety factor in mind for the surrounding.
How much do you charge for commission if the deal is successful?
