Hi there,i work in hong kong and i am interested in buying a property in bukit damansare valued at RM6.5mi. How much loan can i get as it is my 1st home. I am a malaysian citizen. A friend of mine told me to deposit the monthly instalment amount into my local bank account for 6 consecutive months and it will make me eligible for 90% financing. Is that true?
