Hi we are a retired couple from hk and want to rent Atria sofo suite for 1.5m from July. The reason we want this place is because our friends are living near by. We need a washing machine and simple cooking as we don't want eating outside very much.

May I know if you are renting a unit for 1 year?
Atria Sofo without balcony and the unit with cooker hob & hood available at RM 1650 per month.

    It is short term rental for 1.5 to 2 m. I understand it will be more expensive than the average.
