Hi, what are the rules for a foreigner renting a service residence / condo in Malaysia? Currently we staying in Korea and we are looking for service residence in Mont Kiara . Our preferred property is Seni Mont Kiara. We wish to come Malaysia to have a look for the property first. And, would like to know what is the procedures?
