Hi...i already sign booking form by agent n agent already get 3% unfortunately I'm unable to proceed due to personal matter n sent official email to them less than 3weeks....any consequences from that... and please be informed the booking form only sign by one person and the joint name did not sign (supposed owner 2 name) ...

Need to review the contents of your letter of offer to understand what are the terms clearly stated. Having one owner sign to accept your offer does not relinquish any parties from the contract. A joint signature will just be a formality. Read More
