Hi,I'm over 45 years of age and earn an average of rm5500 a month. I have no other commitment or debts presently. I don't have much savings. I would like to get an apartment in melaka for around 150k and get a loan for 90% of that for 10 or fifteen years. I understand that getting a home loan at this age almost impossible. Please advise on other options if possible. Thanks
