Hi...May I asked usually how long will banks clear our name from the ccris? I was under AKPK but I have make full settlement & have also received the release letter from the banks. So far, 3 banks have already clear from my ccris report which took less than a month & only left UOB which it's already been a month, but it's still shown on the ccris report...
Due to this, i can't apply for housing loan as the bank said my ccris report must be clear first...
May i know in this circumstances, what should i do? I have called numerous time to UOB and they keep saying that they will clear my name but it's not happening...
I need to get my loan submission urgently as the developer advised that in order for me to eligible for the HOC & stamp duty exempted for the mot, i need to submit my loan approve by 15/4...
Please help to advise is it true that in order for me to apply under the HOC for the MOT stamp duty exemption, i need to get the loan approve before 15/4/2021?
