How can I purchase a Malaysia house as a Singaporean? What are the requirement and how does bank loan works?

If u r Singaporean, u still can purchase property in Malaysia with Margin of Finance at least 80% or above Loan Amount, it depends on certain terms and condition whether u can fulfill or not.
