How do we pay the rental booking fees ? To agents business acc.or real estate company's acc. I am caught in a dilema yesterday the agent asked to oay deposit & agreement fees as booking of condo unit
She rushed me to pay saying another tenant also waiting and gv a business enterprise bank acc.. some of her terms I quite don't like she refused to let me talk to owner
Is one thing. I told my son to pay but askef him to wait gor a while need to check something anyhow he pd the 1 month booking fees. Since I was in doubt about this agent why she wants me deposit in her acc instead of coompany's acc. Now I asked her for refund she says no refund. I have not signed anything .No recept given what shall I do to get the refund. Pls help
