Check with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia (www.lppeh.gov.my) on where are the recognized courses to take. After completing the exams (12 subjects) from 1 to 3 years, you are a Probationary Estate Agent and are required to do internship with a registered estate agent for another 2 years. During the 2 years you are required to do logging of your real estate work diary and submit a project marketing at the end of 2 years for an interview. If you are competent enough, you will be granted a license. All the best you!
