How to know wether my apartment is freehold or bumi lot. I recently signed a sales and purchase agreement, buying one unit apartment in aspire residence cyberjaya. It is stated that the tenure is freehold. Upon signing the S&P, i received a bumiputera discount.

So does that mean my apartment will be listed as bumi lot, since i receive the bumiputera discount?

A check with the developer will reveal the information required, normally it endorses into land title/grant. Read More

Most likely yes if you are given the bumiputra discount. However, it is best to check and reconfirm with the developer whether your unit is alloted under the bumiputra quota required for project sales. Read More
