How to transfer property ownership in Malaysia? My brother and I have a joint name flat in Kajang. The loan has been paid off and we want to change to his name. How much will it cost legal fees?

You will need to check with a lawyer as in your case you will just need to sign the Memorandum of Transfer (no SPA required) and the recipient pays for the stamp duty. Read More
