Thank you for your interest to invest in Malaysian properties. We have both residential and commercial properties in Kuala Lumpur and the larger Klang Valley. Generally, the properties in established areas here are stable despite the global uncertainties. The majority of property ownership here are very much supported by our own Malaysian buyers. Our GDP growth is expected to be range bound between 4% to 5% this year 2011. As long us we are not in a recession, the property market is stable. Property investments should be viewed on a longer term basis while maintaining regular monthly rental yields. I recommend landed shop/offices (lower maintenance costs and less tenant's issues)in established areas.
