I am Canadian and fully retired and would like to rent an apartment in the Georgetown area for 3 to 4 months every year (December to March), as Canadian winters are too cold! Does propertyguru deal with this type of arrangement and, if so, is it possible to meet up with someone to discuss possibilities, as we are currently in Penang for another three weeks doing an initial try-out.
