I am planning to buy a bouse or condo in KL area. Prefer Sentul, Bandar Utama, Ampang or expatriate area.Since I am working in Hong Kong but Malaysian, I have no idea whether I am able to take loan in Malaysia for buying a house or condo?

We have both Malaysians and foreigners who are working overseas buying properties in Malaysia and obtaining their loans from banks in Malaysia. It depends on each bank's policy on how much they will loan you based on your income and the price of the property.
