I did bought a house 7 years ago, while the time signing the SPA, it is still a master titles. After completed, I just realized that my quit land were split into 2, which one was residential at a lower rate and other was commercial at a higher rate. I did complaint this matter to developer, which should combined into one and all should be under residential title, then they said will process soon. But until now, nothing been done and they refused to respond to me. What should i do ?
