I handed a unit to a tenant. For the 2 years he rented he never submit quarterly aircon servicing receipts. When the tenancy expired, the aircon was not cold and the aircon contractor said that the compressor is in a bad shape and needs to undergo chemical wash.
Who bears this cost?
