I have 3 office units located at Leisure Commerce Square (Sunway Bali), Petaling Jaya, Selangor which I intend to sell off. The units are adjacent to each other. Their built-up area ranges between 1,200-1,600 sq. ft.. Leasehold. Fully furnished. Agents, kindly advise me on the chances of selling these units, and roughly what is the estimate range of selling price I could fetch, if I decided to sell them now?

The average prices is around RM220 per sq ft.
