I have a factory warehouse (33,000sf) in Taman Gembira, Tampoi, Johor Bahru that is for RENT. Can I list this property on propertyguru myself or do I have to use an agent to post here? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Property Guru website portal is on a yearly subscription basis and for advertising multiple properties. It is mainly used by property agents and property negotiators. It is not cost effective for owners to subscribe yearly and just advertise one or two properties. Please engage the services of a property agency like us to advertise on Property Guru and other websites or print media. Thank you.
