I have a situation here regarding my house roof. Almost 25 years I never went up my attic before , because recently always raining and there is leaking on my ceiling. It really shock me! when I saw ,how the construction roof structure was built. A lot of cut cost way building, main support structure many was reduce. Sink are not installed in proper way and many small hold. Can property guru give me some advise, cause my house now not under warranty period , am I still have right to complain to the developer?

You can always try to reason out with the developer for goodwill and reputation. Otherwise, you need to move on and engage a reasonable and reliable contractor to do the rectification.
