HI, if you sell above your SPA price then yes you will be subject to RPGT, for 1-3year will be 30%.

    Which SPA? The SPA you sell at is the Selling Price. The real Question is if you inherited a property (purchased 60 years ago) and you sell it within 2 years. What is the RGPT payable 30% of the 60 year old SPA?
