I have recently came across an upper unit of Townhouse in Ampang 971 selling for RM 648K.Just wondering if this is still a good buy? and if there are anything I should know about the area and its potential investment value? Many thanks for your help and advice in advance.

I come across a 1st floor unit, 3+1 rooms p/furnished B/U 1558 sq ft asking for RM610k and another asking RM650k.
It looks like a good buy (on per sq ft basis)compared to condominiums in the vicinity. I think townhouses are less popular compared to condominium especially for rental. More for own use.Do call me at 0193330573  if you need further assistance. Thank you. Read More
