I have some land deals that I would like to refer to other agents. I already have both buyer and seller and am the middle man.
How much should I ask for as referral fee?
What is my scope of work as a referrer?

Hi Encik Ahmad,
Looks like you have done more than just a referral by securing a seller and a buyer. The important issue here is to secure and contract the fee from the Seller first. Do call me if you need assistance. Thank you.

Land deals is difficult to deal with if you are not experience enough. There are a lot of issues to be concern in this matter.
