I own a property that heritage from my parent,I am still considering to refinance the property or just sell it and get a new property that around RM350k that suit to my small family,because the proprty that I owning n ow a Semi D single storey house that worth around RM900k or higher? So I hope can get some advise from u, I would like to get your advise personally only,hope u dont mind.

Greetings from Ohmyhome. I believe you were brought up at the Semi-D. We do not know your background hence we are not at the good position to advise you. May be you can list down the pro and cons of selling it off and refinance it , it could help you to find an answer to it. I believe you were brought up here so there are sentimental values. Read More
