I paid RM 10000 booking fee for a house. Now my schedule if payments does not show the 10K anywhere. Is booking fee just a fee and does not count towards payment of of total house price?

The booking fee will usually be incorporated as part payment towards the the first schedule of payment unless it is refunded. Read More
