Have a communication with the tenant occupant to inform them that you are the new owner and clarify whether they have an existing tenancy agreement. If no tenancy agreement, you may want to inform them of your intention date either to move in to use or rent it out. Be tactful and allow time for the tenant to move out if you are planning to move in. Read More
