I’m Vietnamese and I’m working in Malaysia 4 years already.
Now I want to live in Malaysia the rest of my life. So, if I buy a property here in Malaysia, but do the government request any things else. Please tell me that I can prepare for further information. Thank you.

You can't live in Malaysia forever unless you become a Malaysian PR or citizen. You may consider applying for MM2H. However, as a foreigner you are allowed to buy residential properties in Kuala Lumpur above RM1 million in value.
