If you have done your checking on the internet, you would observe that there is an asking price range from RM320k to RM350k depending on renovations and unit size. Most important is that the buyer is bankable and the value is supported by a bank valuation. The other alternative is to check with the developer management company who tracks and register all transactions prior to issuance of strata titles. Call me if you need further assistance.
