If an expatriate from Indonesia rent my condo and due to permit problem is asked by the authorities to leave Malaysia immediately,what happens to his deposits?

Larry,
Our tenancy agreements renting to expatriates usually includes an expatriate or diplomatic clause whereby the expatriate is allowed to terminate the tenancy by giving 2 months notice if they are unable to renew their permit. This is only applicable after 1 year of tenancy. So it depends on the terms stated in your Tenancy Agreement.
