Im interested to buy a house.I have been working for few years but I didn't pay any income tax and EPF.I decide to pay from this year onwards,and I have fixed deposit,so down payment is not a problem to me.The only thing I concern is tax issue and loan application.Can anyone assist me?Thank you

Hi Candy,
You may book a house subject to the loan approval whereby your deposit is refundable.Make sure the contract you sign states this in writing. Loan application does not necessary be based on EPF or Tax payments.If you would like to know further on your eligibility for a loan, we can refer you to Mortgage Broker to advise.
