I'm working in Bangsar and wish to find a 2-storey house to buy as my first house to stay somewhere in Kota Kemuning/Shah Alam/PJ/Kelana Jaya/ Damansara. budget below 400k. Would appreciate if its near to LRT/MRT (if any) and easy access to highway. Thank you

It is near impossible to purchase a single-storey link house in Klang Valley for below RM400k; let alone a double-storey link house. You will need to save and earn more to increase your budget to at least RM550K for single storey houses and at least RM650K for double-storey link houses.
