In previous years, my friend bought a land in Taiping Perak. Recently, she wanted to sell off her land, but she realized all documents she had on hand are not included land title, so she can't show the buyer the pelan of land. (PS: leasehold land left around 20-25 years)
What's the meaning without land title? And where does my friend can get this land title? We are quite curious maybe we mistaken any documents which is land title? Can propertyguru or anyone show me the sample of it? Thanks

Please email me your enquiry to me instead to wesleywong@reapfield.com & I could show you a sample of the land title with location site map. Or maybe ask your friend to look for the previous lawyer that handle her case instead. Thanks Read More

Hello, Land title commonly known as a grant is important for any land dealings eg. transfer or charge to a bank otherwise it will be solely by deed of assignment if a land title has not been issued (applies usually to stratified properties under master title). If she has charged to a bank for loan then the bank would have kept the original copy of the land title. If she did not borrow a loan to purchase or if she had paid up the loan, the land title would likely be in her hands. If the land title is missing, the land office would have another original copy and she may apply to the land office to extract an original copy again. Details of her the land title are required. The Sale & Purchase Agreement or the Quit rent receipt will have the details of the land title mentioned. She may engage a lawyer to assist her. If you need a smaple copy of a land title, please forward your email address to me at davidwong@quantumrealestate.com.my David Wong Licensed Agent (E2097) mobile +60193330573  QUANTUM REAL ESTATE Read More
