Hello,
I suggest you write in to the co-living company via email to ask about this question. This at least you have a proof of asking for it, in future, you can have proof to take any legal action if they refuse to refund your deposit. Unless there is some other reason the need to use the deposit to cover the damage of the said property.

    Thanks for your clarification. They did mentioned it's gonna be 30 - 60 days. Do they have to provision to hold that long?
