1. Prices of secondary market condo. in KLCC
are very much negotiable depending on the
owner's financial position. Opportunities
comes during times of uncertainty (crisis)
2. Rentals are still giving good yields unlike
in a recession.
3. The loan interest rates are low to support
purchases which may not be available during
recession.
4. Less speculative and more on fundamentals
now.
5. Property cycle will always exist. Inflation
plays a role in keeping property prices
higher every cycle.
6. Policies are favourable to the global
market.
7. The right time is when you are able to
manage your financial investment prudently
despite a downturn.
