Looking for between 2 - 4 acres of agricultural land for organic vegetable production within Penang State. Prefer flat land not flooding. Looking for a minimum of 10 year lease. Electricity must be available. No restriction in building underground wells. Prefer not to be near hillside due to insect infestation. Must have accessible road for transportation of products & infrastructure construction.
