My loan has approved and waiting to sign SPA.Problem is that one of the owner refuse to sign on the booking form.She said that we are going to sign SPA..what for still need to go back previous step to sign the booking form.Can I proceed with the SPA but without the booking form that signed by both owners?

SPA will eventually supercede the booking form. As long as one of the owner has committed and sign you can hold that owner accountable should they change their mind. Read More
