My parents are planning to sell their house which is located in Kota Kemuning, Jalan Anggerik Aranda.They would like to have an estimate of the sale price of their house.What should I do to get this estimated price?

We have property negotiators in Kota Kemuning.
They are terrace houses, cluster link houses and townhouses in Jalan Anggerik Aranda area. The Freehold houses have been transacted from RM450k to RM500k depending on renovations, end lot etc. The leasehold types are going about RM350k. Townhouses are about RM260k to 280k.
