If strata title is not issued out yet, you need to have the consent from the developer to transfer the said property in your name and have proper records to forward to the Land Office in future once strata title is issued. Secondly, you need to make sure that the condominium unit is released from any charge to a bank when you make full payment. Otherwise, let a liquidator be appointed to manage the affairs of the developer first. Your lawyer will be able to advise you further.
