Property in Taman Bahagian(SS4), Selangor has been on the market for 6 months. It's an old single storey terrace, 3rooms, 2 bathrooms, wet and dry kitchen. Fully furnished. Asking price 6.5K. Is this too high? What is the market price? Will I have to pay property gain tax?
